“Ristorazione diversa” [Different catering] evento

Polo Europeo della Conoscenza will introduce Protein project during the event  “Ristorazione diversa” [Different catering] on 24th May 2019.The founding idea of Ristorazione diversa is that disability is a resource and not a limit so the catering schools from all Italy participate to a cooking challenge with their students with disability. The event is hosted by the catering school “Luigi Carnacina” that will be the main venue for the future implementation of the project. At this event, 24 catering schools will present with their teams, parents and teacher for a total of about 200 participants.

Stefano Cobello will present the Protein project, will show the website and will distribute the project’s leaflets.
